The staff was accommodating, incredibly welcoming. Also, location was favourable, not too far away from an unfinished minaret. There was a great restaurant, a market and stores next door:)))

Our first riad experience in Morocco was absolutely delightful. The rooms were lovely, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The owner's pride in the riad was evident, and her helpful nature made us feel right at home. The breakfast served was the best we had during our entire trip, with freshly cooked omelettes and a charming rooftop terrace to enjoy them on. Rabat, the town we stayed in, was a lovely place to explore and was the perfect start to our Moroccan adventure. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Riad El Maati in Rabat for a business trip, and I must say it was a wonderful choice made by my director. The spa facilities at the hotel were simply amazing. I had the opportunity to indulge in rejuvenating massages, invigorating body treatments, and refreshing facials. the hotel offers recreational amenities such as a spa tub and a steam room, which I found truly relaxing.

My recent stay at Riad El Maati was superb! The location in the medina was perfect for exploring the city. The riad itself had a trendy and surreal atmosphere, with a beautiful courtyard and great music playing. The terrace was a nice place to relax, even though the view was not remarkable. The staff were kind and hospitable, sorting out our airport transfer and train tickets. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Rabat.

Great staff and friendly and responsive owner. The room was well furnished and equipped with working lights and comfortable linens. The hotel was situated near to several key attractions, and there were plenty of options for dining.
Finding the hotel was a bit difficult, but after a short search, I was able to locate it. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the bathroom could use some sprucing up, but overall, the hotel offered good value for its prime location.

The guest house was decorated beautifully and had a spacious rooftop terrace that provided a stunning view. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always serving us traditional tea whenever we wanted. the breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. the location was convenient, located within the medina and providing easy access to the city's many sights and attractions.
The bathroom and bedroom were not separated by a door, which made privacy a bit of an issue. there were no waste baskets around the room, only in the bathroom.

Staying close to the beach was a top priority for us, and this hotel did not disappoint. the location was just steps away from the action, and yet very quiet with only the sounds of chirping birds in the courtyard. Our room was amazing, and the bathroom was immaculately clean. the breakfast on the terrace was simply superb with a stunning view of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm honey and excellent coffee that was served, and the omelette was so delicious.
I wish the staff could have been a bit more attentive to our concerns.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decoration at the riad. The intricate tiles and colorful textiles made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The common areas were also well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere for socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the riad had good accessibility, with wide hallways and handrails to help with mobility.
I wish the children working there would have been more attentive and helpful. It would have made my vacation even better if they had been more accommodating to the needs of senior guests.
